Apple Safari address bar spoofing
| safari-addressbar-spoofing (35050) |
Description:
Apple Safari could allow a remote attacker to spoof the address bar, caused by a timing issue that allows modifications of the address bar without loading data from another page. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web page containing a windows.setTimeout function, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to spoof the address bar or conduct phishing attacks.
