Net::DNS DNS responses spoofing
| netdns-dns-responses-spoofing (35112) |
Description:
The Net::DNS Perl module could allow a remote attacker to spoof DNS responses, caused by a vulnerability in Header.pm where predictable sequence IDs are generated with a fixed value and used for child processes in a forking server. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to perform DNS Cache Poisoning and spoof DNS responses.
