Description:
SAP Web Application Server is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a vulnerability in the ICMAN.exe component. By sending an overly long URL request, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to crash the server.
Platforms Affected:
- SAP, SAP Web Application Server 6.x
- SAP, SAP Web Application Server 7.x
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of SAP Web Application Server, available from the SAP Web Application Server Web site. See References.
