Description:
activeWeb contentserver CMS is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to the picture_real_edit.asp script using the id parameter, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.
Platforms Affected:
- activeWeb, activeWeb contentserver CMS 5.6.2929 and prior
- Microsoft, Windows 2000 Server
- Microsoft, Windows 2003 Server Standard
Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of activeWeb contentserver CMS (5.6.2964 or later), available from the activeWeb Web site. See References.
