Oracle Database SYS.DBMS_PRVTAQIS SQL injection

Description:
Oracle Database is vulnerable to SQL injection in the "Advanced Queuing" component. A remote attacker with execute privileges on the SYS.DBMS_PRVTAQIS package could send specially-crafted SQL statements to unspecified procedures, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.
