Oracle Application Express CHECK_DB_PASSWORD SQL injection

Description:
Oracle Application Express (formerly known as Oracle HTML DB) is vulnerable to SQL injection in the wwv_flow_security.check_db_password function. A remote attacker with an "Application Express Developer Account" could send specially-crafted SQL statements to unspecified procedures, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.
