libvorbis-inverse-code-execution (35622) The risk level is classified as MediumMedium Risk

Description:

libvorbis could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service, caused by an error in the res0.c file's _01inverse function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to overwrite system memory and cause a denial of service or possibly execute arbitrary code.

Note: This vulnerability also affects Music Box.

Upgrade to the latest version of libvorbis (1.2.0 or later), available from the libvorbis Web site. See References.
