Novell Client Spooler service (nwspool.dll) buffer overflow
| novell-spooler-bo (35653) |
Description:
Novell Client is vulnerable to multiple stack-based buffer overflows, caused by improper bounds checking by the Spooler service (nwspool.dll). By sending an overly long argument to multiple RPC functions, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
