Description:

Apple Mac OS X is vulnerable to a buffer overflow in the UPnP IGD (Internet Gateway Device Standardized Device Control Protocol) code of the mDNSResponder implementation. By sending a specially-crafted packet to a vulnerable system, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with elevated privileges or cause the application to crash.
