Dovecot ACL plugin security bypass

Description:
Dovecot could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the improper handling of the "i" (insert) privilege in the ACL plugin. A remote unauthenticated attacker could exploit this vulnerability using the APPEND or COPY commands to bypass security restrictions and save seen, deleted, and other flags.
