Qtpfsgui readRadianceHeader buffer overflow
| qtpfsgui-readradianceheader-bo (35948) |
Description:
Qtpfsgui is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the src/Fileformat/rgbeio.cpp file's readRadianceHeader function. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted Radiance RGBE (.hdr) file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
