SOTEeSKLEP file directory traversal

Description:
SOTEeSKLEP could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted URL request containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the file parameter to view arbitrary files on the system.
