Description:

Yahoo! Messenger is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by the improper handling of malformed JPEG 2000 code streams sent by the webcam stream. By persuading a victim to visit a malicious webcam stream, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the victim or cause the application to crash.
