Wireshark (Ethereal) DNP3 dissector denial of service

Description:
Wireshark (formerly known as Ethereal) is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an error in the DNP3 dissector. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause an infinite loop, resulting in a denial of service.
