Description:

PHP is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by a vulnerability in the setlocale() function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to cause the application to segfault.

Remedy:

For Gentoo Linux (PHP):
Refer to GLSA 200710-02 for patch, upgrade, or suggested workaround information. See References.
