PHP dl() security bypass

Description:
PHP could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by an error in the dl() function. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass open_basedir restrictions and gain unauthorized access to the system.

Remedy:
For Gentoo Linux (PHP):
