Description:
Callisto PhotoParade Player is vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the PhPinfo ActiveX control (PhPCtrl.dll). By persuading a victim to view a specially-crafted Web page or HTML email with a malicious FileVersionOf property, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with the victim's privileges or cause the browser to crash.
