ImageMagick ReadDIBImage function buffer overflow
| imagemagick-readdibimage-bo (36737) |
Description:
ImageMagick is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the ReadDIBImage function. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted image file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with the victim's privileges.
