ImageMagick multiple functions buffer overflow
| imagemagick-multiplefunctions-bo (36738) |
Description:
ImageMagick is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by multiple integer overflow errors in the AllocateImageColormap(), ReadDCMImage(), ReadDIBImage(), and ReadXBMImage() functions. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted DCM, DIB, XBM, XCF, or XWD image file, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the user.
