Description:
Computer Associates (CA) BrightStor Hierarchical Storage Manager is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote attacker could send specially-crafted SQL statements to unspecified scripts using multiple CsAgent service commands, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify or delete information in the back-end database.

Remedy:
Upgrade to the latest version of BrightStor Hierarchical Storage Manager (r11.6 or later), available from the CA SupportConnect Web site. See References.
