Description:

Multiple Computer Associates (CA) BrightStor ARCserve backup products could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by the improper handling of RPC requests by the dbasvr component that could cause memory corruption. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to possibly execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
