Simple PHP Blog add_link.php cross-site request forgery
| simplephpblog-addlink-csrf (37239) |
Description:
Simple PHP Blog is vulnerable to cross-site request forgery, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the add_link.php script. By sending a specially-crafted email within an IMG tag, a remote attacker could use the delete action with the link_id parameter to delete links and possibly perform cross-site scripting, Web cache poisoning, and other malicious activity, if the attacker could persuade the victim to open the malicious email message and read the comment.
