Speedfan IOCTL privilege escalation

Description:
Speedfan could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges, caused by an error in the RDMSR and WRMSR IOCTL dispatch handlers for the Speedfan.sys driver. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to load arbitrary unsigned system drivers, overwrite kernel memory, or gain elevated privileges.
