Mono StaticFileHandler.cs information disclosure

Description:
Mono could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a vulnerability in StaticFileHandler.cs. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by appending a space or dot to a file request, resulting in the disclosure of source code from arbitrary files.
