Description:
The Internic Whois lookup package could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the Web server, due to lack of shell escape character parsing. An attacker could use shell metacharacters in the domain entry to execute commands.

- Ransons Scripts, Whois Internic Lookup 2.41
- Various vendors, Common Gateway Interface (CGI)
