PCRE unspecified character class denial of service
| pcre-character-class-dos (38273) |
Description:
The PCRE (Perl Compatible Regular Expressions) library is vulnerable to a denial of service, caused by an error in the processing of character classes that could result in improper memory allocation. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using unspecified attack vectors to cause an application linked to the vulnerable library to crash.
