Description:

Xpdf could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by an array indexing error in the DCTStream::readProgressiveDataUnit() function. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted PDF file, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to corrupt memory and possibly execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system.
