Samba nmbd buffer overflow

Description:
Samba is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking when processing GETDC logon requests. If Samba is configured as a Primary or Backup Domain Controller, a remote attacker from within the local network could send a specially-crafted GETDC mailslot request to overflow a buffer and possibly execute arbitrary code on the vulnerable system.
