FTP admin index.php security bypass

Description:
FTP admin could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the improper validation by the index.php script during authentication. By setting the "loggedin" parameter to "true", a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and add new FTP users to the vulnerable system.
