Description:

Absolute News Manager .NET could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information. The getpath.aspx demo script is installed by default. By viewing the getpath.aspx page, an attacker could obtain the path of the Web root directory.

Remedy:

Apply the patch for this vulnerability (ANMNET51-SecurityUpdate20071128.zip), available from the XIGLA SOFTWARE Web site.
