Description:

Sun Solaris could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by an error in the kernel patches 120011-04 or later (SPARC) and 120012-04 or later (x86) which are configured as NFS servers and allow root access to netgroups. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and gain unauthorized access to systems that are excluded from configured netgroups and also obtain root access to shared files on the NFS server.
