Description:
WebGUI could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by the improper restricting of access for valid users. A remote authenticated attacker with admin credentials could exploit this vulnerability to bypass security restrictions and create admin users with administrative privileges on the vulnerable system.
