Description:

Apple Mac OS X could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by a memory corruption error in the Microsoft Office Spotlight Importer. By persuading a victim to download a specially-crafted .xls file, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system or cause a denial of service.
