Adobe Flash Player SWF files buffer overflow
| adobe-swf-bo (39128) |
Description:
Adobe Flash Player is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking when parsing embedded JPG images in SWF files. By persuading a victim to open a specially-crafted SWF file, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
