Description:

The IBM Lotus Domino Web Access ActiveX control (dwa7W.dll, dwa7.dll, inotes6.dll, and inotes6w.dll) is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the General_ServerName property. By persuading a victim to visit a malicious Web page that passes an overly long string to the General_ServerName property and then calls the InstallBrowserHelperDll() method, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the victim or cause the victim's browser to crash.
