Description:
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by improper handling of HTML encoded ASP pages by the HTMLEncode function. By passing malformed input to an ASP page hosted on a vulnerable installation of IIS, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the Network Service account.
