Description:
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by improper handling of file change notifications in the FTPRoot, NNTPFile, and WWWRoot folders. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to gain complete control of the vulnerable system by creating or modifying a file in one of the affected directories.
