X.Org X11 XInput extension code execution

xorg-xinput-code-execution (39759) The risk level is classified as HighHigh Risk

Description:

X.Org X11 could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by an error within multiple functions in the XInput extension when swapping the byte order of client requests. If the X server is configured for TCP connections, a remote attacker could send a specially-crafted X11 request to corrupt memory and cause the victim's application to crash or execute arbitrary code on the victim's system with root privileges.
