MoinMoin cookie directory traversal

Description:
MoinMoin could allow a remote attacker to traverse directories on the system. An attacker could send a specially-crafted userform action cookie containing "dot dot" sequences (/../) in the MOIN_ID user ID to overwrite arbitrary files on the system and create unauthorized user accounts.
