Eye-Fi Manager WS-Proxy cross-site request forgery
| eyefimanager-wsproxy-csrf (40995) |
Description:
Eye-Fi Manager is vulnerable to multiple cross-site request forgeries, caused by improper validation of user-supplied input by the WS-Proxy script. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web site and open a malicious image link, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using a SOAPAction parameter of urn:SetOptions, urn:SetDesktopSync, urn:SetFolderConfig and urn:AddNetwork to upload arbitrary files, modify authentication credentials, hijack the image upload to perform cross-site scripting attacks, Web cache poisoning and other malicious activities.
