Sun JRE and JDK image parsing library privilege escalation
| sun-jre-imagelibrary-privilege-escalation (41028) |
Description:
Sun Java Runtime Environment (JRE) could allow a remote attacker to gain elevated privileges, caused by an error in the image parsing library. By persuading a victim to download an untrusted applet or application, an attacker could read, write, and execute arbitrary files on the system.
