| mailenable-imapservice-bo (41058) |
Description:
MailEnable Professional and MailEnable Enterprise are vulnerable to a buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the IMAP service (MEIMAPS.exe). By sending overly long parameters to the FETCH, EXAMINE and UNSUBSCRIBE commands, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system.
