RealNetworks Realplayer RealAudioObjects.RealAudio ActiveX code execution

realplayer-realaudioobjects-code-execution (41087) The risk level is classified as HighHigh Risk

Description:

The Realplayer RealAudioObjects.RealAudio ActiveX control (rmoc3260.dll) could allow a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by the improper handling of the Console property. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web page that passes an overly long argument to the Controls or Console properties, a remote attacker could corrupt memory and execute arbitrary code on the system with the privileges of the user or cause the victim's browser to crash.
