MIT Kerberos 5 (krb5) KDC (krb5kdc) Kerberos 4 support information disclosure

krb5-kdc-kerberos4-info-disclosure (41277) The risk level is classified as LowLow Risk

Description:

MIT Kerberos 5 (krb5) could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a buffer clearing error in KDC (krb5kdc) when Kerberos 4 support is enabled. By sending a specially-crafted Kerberos 4 message, an attacker could trigger a truncated error message that returns uninitialized stack data.
