Description:
The Apple Mac OS X CoreServices component could provide weaker than expected security for Safari users, caused by an error when the "Open Safe files" preference is enabled. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web site, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability using AppleWorks to open files with names ending in ".ief".
