Description:
Apple Safari could allow a remote attacker to bypass cross-domain security restrictions, caused by improper validation of javascript: URLs. By persuading a victim to visit a specially-crafted Web site, a remote attacker could bypass same-origin policy restrictions and execute JavaScript in the context of another site. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to possibly perform cross-site scripting attacks and launch further attacks on the vulnerable system.
