PHP php_sprintf_appendstring() integer overflow

Description:
PHP is vulnerable to an integer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the php_sprintf_appendstring() function. By sending an overly long string using the npad parameter, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
