OpenSSH ForceCommand directive command execution

Description:
OpenSSH could allow a local attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the system, caused by an error when using the shd_config ForceCommand directive. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability via ~/.ssh/rc to execute arbitrary commands on the system.
