OTRS SOAP interface weak security

Description:
OTRS could provide weaker than expected security. The SOAP interface does not perform security checks to determine if a user is valid. By sending a specially-crafted SOAP request, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to read and modify arbitrary objects on the system.
