Description:
Red Hat could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges, caused by insecure permissions assigned to the lspp-eal4-config-ibm and capp-lspp-eal4-config-hp packages. The "/etc/pam.d/system-auth" file is configured with world-writable permissions. A local attacker could exploit this vulnerability to gain elevated privileges on the system.
